Terms of use

These terms govern the use of ISO 18033-7 Revision Checker and the files it sells. By using the site or buying the kit you accept them.

Accuracy, and the official text

The pages state requirements in our own words from the public record and the ISO public preview of the base standard. They are a reading, not the official text. The amendment body is not public, and the site says where it is silent. Check the official text before you rely on a line for a legal, contractual or certification purpose. We correct errors when they are shown to us with a citation.

No certification, endorsement or validation

This site does not certify an organisation, validate an implementation or replace a test lab, an auditor or a lawyer. It is not affiliated with ISO or the IEC, and those bodies have not endorsed it or approved it. No wording on the site should be read as an endorsement by any standards body.

Trademarks and copyright

ISO, IEC and the standard designations are the property of their owners. The site uses the designations to identify the documents it writes about. The text of the standard is not reproduced. Our own text, layout and files are copyright The Art of Service Pty Ltd.

Prices and delivery

The kit is USD 799 one off and the watch is USD 49 a month, shown in US dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. The kit is delivered digitally after payment. The watch renews monthly until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal and the alerts. A reissue of the kit after publication is included at no extra charge.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a file is faulty, we will resupply it or refund it as the law requires. Where a refund is available, the remedy is limited to a resupply or a refund of the amount paid, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on a page where the site says the text is not in the public preview. Our total liability for a claim connected with the kit or the watch is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
